I am a believer in working with the cycles of nature which echo our body’s innate calling.
As human beings, we move through seasons. My mission is to offer connection. To listen and tune into these seasons within you. To work with the body, mind and soul. to find your true self.
I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves. My job is to hold space for you, to create a safe space for your body to heal, using modalities that have helped me on my self-healing journey.
My offerings include Reiki, Distance Reiki, Massage, Crystal Healing, Pregnancy, Post Natal and Womb Work, Soul Plan Readings and Reiki Mentoring.
I teach Reiki (Level One, Level Two and Reiki Master & Teacher). I am also the founder of the Reiki Mothers Collective.
I have been working with Reiki for over 12 years. I have been teaching for four years.
In March 2020 I started to sell crystals, and my handmade cedarwood crystal shelves online - I absolutely love sharing my passion for crystals. I sell a small selection of hand picked crystals from an ethical wholesaler - new online shop available soon.

I absolutely love teaching Reiki. My love for Reiki expanded deeper when I began teaching.
My courses are ever changing, growing and adapting as I evolve. I always follow the flow of the group which makes each course I teach completely unique.
Learning Reiki can offer a life altering experience. It did for me.
On my courses, I share my understanding from my spiritual self journey and working with Reiki for over 12 years. I pass on sacred knowledge and history from the two lineages I have had the pleasure of learning (Western & Traditional Japanese Reiki).
I explain the differences between the lineages and how Reiki was adapted. I feel more of a resonance with the traditional Japanese Reiki. However, I do like to incorporate some of my own spiritual experiences and other modalities I feel have enhanced my journey.
