My Reiki and crystal healing sessions are intuitively lead.
Each session is completely unique to what your body and energy needs in that moment.
I use my expertise from being a holistic practitioner for over 12 years and connect with Angels and guides to channel messages.
Reiki and Crystal healing help to bring your body and energy back into balance. I channel Reiki to rid stagnant energy and remove any energetic blocks.
This treatment is for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, sleeping issues, feeling out of balance, recovering from illness & injury, feeling ungrounded, unsure of your direction, dealing with loss. These treatments work amazingly well alongside other therapies.
Soul Plan Reading
Soul Plan works with the energy vibration of your given birth name. You name holds specific energy needed in this life time to experience its challenges, gifts and goals.
A Soul Plan reading is a remembering… a re affirmation of the whispers of your soul.
This reading is for you if you are feeling a bit ‘stuck’ or unsure of your direction. I work with the energies of your name, and channel messages for you, giving you guidance

Pregnancy and Post Natal
I absolutely love supporting women through pregnancy and post partum, helping you to find some calm and connection to your body. I can offer massage and energetic work - usually a combination of the both.

Womb Healing
I can help support you through womb trauma you have experienced. This can be from menstrual issues, fertility, sexual trauma, IVF, menopause.
Having been through a huge healing journey within my own womb. During this one - one session I guide you through a meditation to meet your womb, I then use a variety of techniques to help you heal through massage and energetic healing. I finish the session with a womb blessing.
One - One Reiki Mentoring
Do you have any questions about your Reiki journey? Are you a Reiki practitioner or Teacher and wish for some advice?
During this one-one session we talk though any questions you may have. We can discus and recap training, we can talk through experiences with clients and students.
We will meditate together and I will give you a Reiju (attunement).
