To help you connect to the power you hold with you, through awakening your innate connection to Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy.)
Having this incredible tool to use in daily life helps support your personal growth and awakens you to a deeper sense of being.
When you choose me as your Reiki guide, I take you through a weekend journey of bespoke meditations, written to help access your intuition and inner wisdom. I share my learning from my spiritual self journey and I pass on the sacred knowledge and history of the two lineages I have had the pleasure of learning (Western & Traditional Japanese Reiki).
My Reiki Master Mitra studied in Japan after wanting to locate the closest to the original teachings of Usui.
Not realising my Reiki Level 1 & 2 had been the Western lineage, Mitra brought me up to date with the teachings in my Master Level and Teacher. Right away the difference felt immeasurable.
This is how I teach. I explain the differences between the lineages and how Reiki was adapted. I feel more of a resonance with the traditional Japanese Reiki. However, I do like to incorporate some of my own spiritual experiences and other modalities I feel have enhanced my journey.

Level One is all about self healing, giving Reiki to family and friends, and expanding your spiritual self practice.
Level Two takes a deeper dive into Reiki, you learn three Reiki symbols to enhance your practice. At this level you are qualified to be a Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki Master & Teacher takes you to the final stage of teachings, you learn the Master symbol and will learn how to teach Reiki.
